About Me

Welcome to my Author Blog! My name is Professor Michael T. Jahosky, and I teach Humanities at St. Petersburg College in Florida.

I am the author of the newly released book, “The Good News of the Return of the King: The Gospel in Middle Earth” with Wipf and Stock Publishers. I have two Bachelor degrees (One in Humanities and one in History) from the University of Central Florida and a Masters degree in Humanities from the University of South Florida. Over my academic career, I have focused on and specialized in Greek, Roman, and Biblical history, philosophy, theology, and the arts. In Graduate school in addition to the above areas of study, I also focused on the early Italian Renaissance.

  1. I am enlightened every time I speak to Michael! His sphere of knowledge is not only vast and impressive, he speaks to his audience in a way that makes everyone comfortable and stimulates conversation!
